It implies someone who has all the answers, a finished product with no room for growth. That’s not how I sees himself, nor how I approach my work. Instead I embrace the role of a Knowledge Transfer Specialist, a mentor, guide, and lifelong learner dedicated to sharing hard-earned wisdom while continuously expanding My own understanding of things.
